With years of experience in ultra‑distance cycling, I founded Boundary to help cyclists of all abilities achieve their best on long days out on the bike — and to prepare riders for the realities that go far beyond fitness alone.
Having been coached myself for many years, I know that training consistency and hard work gets rewarded. But I’ve also learned the hard lessons that only long, multi‑hour rides teach: pacing mistakes that take hours to recover from, fuelling strategies that can make or break a day, sleep debt that quietly accumulates, and the mental lows that hit when the road goes on and the lights fade.
